Well, today was the grand opening of the Healing Music Academy and we had a full house. This is so exciting because there is nothing that I love more than teaching people about how music heals the mind, body and spirit. I love teaching and I love performing and I'm hoping that after awhile, we can have performances at the Academy or even at different venues in the state and around the country. Would it be great to have the Healing Music Academy Orchestra, or Chamber Players, Duos, and Trios? They could travel to different hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, orphanages and schools, teaching, demonstrating, and performing healing music.
If you have any thoughts, ideas or opinions on this, please let me hear them!

The third class, "Music and the Brain" has now started and the information is fascinating! Who would ever have thought we could look into the brain and watch it listening to music??
